1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a workspace account or accessing the Lancora dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these clauses, you must cease using our application features.
2. Workspace Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login parameters. Any actions occurring under your project profile (including timesheet logging, proposal drafting, and invoice payments) are your responsibility.
3. AI-Assisted Proposal Writing
Our AI proposal drafts are generated based on client requirement inputs. While the output is designed to help structure agreements, you are solely responsible for reviewing rates, deliverables, and timeline milestones before sending them to clients.
4. Acceptable Usage Limits
You agree not to exploit Lancora for malicious activities, including sending unsolicited billing notifications, crawling user profiles, or exceeding the API quota parameters of your subscription tier.
5. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to deploy feature upgrades, adjust subscription pricing, or deprecate legacy tools. Subscription updates will always be communicated with a 30-day notice period.
